10 Junior Scholarships.
No Barriers.
Our partners at Glas Deffryn Ranch are just as excited as we are about building the next generation of cyclists.
They’ve funded 10 scholarships for Routt County juniors to race Outlaw Gravel.
The enduro format is the ideal entry point for young athletes - fast, competitive segments paired with reset sections where they can regroup, talk strategy, refine positioning, and learn how to race smart. It’s real gravel racing, built to develop more than just fitness.
Routt County parents and eligible athletes have been notified of the available scholarships. If you have an athlete age 14-18 that has not been notified, please contact us.
MAY 31-
Steamboat Springs, Colorado
Year one is capped at 300 riders. Big race feel. Tight field. No chaos. Just smart racing across South Valley gravel.
Start and finish at historic Olympian Hall beneath Howelsen Hill.
This is an insider’s course. The best gravel in the South Valley, linked by strategy-driven transitions that reward riders who know when to push and when to stay patient. Professional chip timing captures every segment so results reflect how you actually raced.
You roll back into town dusty, satisfied, and already replaying the segments in your head.
The Outlaw Gravel experience
No chaos start - a staggered rollout into timed segment 1
Expansive views between efforts - cattle, horses, and the full valley stretched out around you
A limited edition Year One hat you won’t see again
Aid stations built for real resets, not fly-bys
On-course surprises you’ll be talking about long after
Blistering guitars and thunderous drums as you charge the finish line
Podium awards for top solo racers and teams
Locally made burritos and cold drinks, ready when you are
A race you’ll replay long after it ends
