Official Terms

No purchase necessary beyond race registration. To be eligible, participants must be registered for Outlaw Gravel by May 1 at 11:59 PM (MT).

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay for race weekend (check-in May 30, check-out May 31) at either the Western Lodge or Hotel Bristol, as determined by the lodging partner at their sole discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of registered participants by the entry deadline.

The winner will be randomly selected and notified by May 6 using the contact information provided during race registration. The selected winner has five (5) days from initial notification to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted.

The complimentary stay is valid only for the specified race weekend dates. The winner may request to extend their stay at the Outlaw Gravel discounted lodging rate, subject to availability and at the discretion of the lodging partner.

By registering, participants agree to these terms and to allow Outlaw Gravel to use their name for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway.
